Few brands have fans who are as rabid as Undercover JP's. No matter the collaboration (and price), it seems like anything that comes from Jun Takahashi's mind is an instant sellout. For Spring 2017, Vault by Vans has teamed up with Undercover JP for a limited release that is sure to be a hit for print and text lovers.
The OG Era LX will arrive in three. nondescript colorways. The classic white, red, and black canvas uppers sit atop a normal white midsole with black foxing stripe. However, Undercover chose to include the lyrics to English rock band Temples' debut single Shelter Song printed on the vamp. The text reads, "take me in time, time to the music. Take me away to the twilight zone."
The OG Old Skool LX is the standout model from this collections. The OG silo comes in two monochrome colorways, grey and bordeaux. With tonal suede panels covering the vamp and heel counters, the canvas quarters are printed with small, pink and green flowers. Both models come with dual branded Originals heelpads.
The Vault by Vans x Undercover OG Era LX and OG Old Skool LX will be available from select Vault retailers like Caliroots on Saturday, February 4th. They will retail from $130-150.
