To celebrate 50 years of cool, Vans reunited with one of the original collaborative brands, Coors Light. Part of the Pro Classics series that is available at Syndicate stockists only, the Sk8 Hi Pro has all of the tech upgrades we expect from the Pro Skate Line. Let's take a look.
Originally launched in 1990 and again in 1993, the Vans x Coors Light Sk8-Hi Pro marks a new release in honor of Vans’ 50th Anniversary and is part of the brands’ Pro Classics skateboarding footwear line. Available in select retailers nationally, the Vans x Coors Light Sk8-Hi Pro is modernized with performance innovation exclusively designed for skateboarding. With a throwback Coors Light logo exposed on the side panels, the revamped Vans x Coors Light Sk8-Hi Pro will feature Vans’ supportive ULTRACUSH HD sockliners for resilient cushioning and advanced comfort, and is combined with DURACAP reinforced underlays in high abrasion areas for premium durability.
Coors Brewing Company began producing Coors Light in Golden, Colorado in 1978 and has been using the same type of high country barley for decades. Brewed nationwide today, this cool light beer is cold lagered, cold packaged and cold filtered to be as crisp and refreshing as the Rockies themselves.
The Vans x Coors Light Sk8-Hi Pro launches at select stockists nationwide Saturday, September 17. To find an authorized dealer in your area, visit Vans.com/50threissues.
